Right now Hatch is me and a band of dedicated support staff and talented partners.
I could pretend to make Hatch look like we’re a big, international consultancy but that’s just not the way I do things. It’s also not what our clients tell me they want. I am honest, transparent and proud of what Hatch has achieved for our clients (big and small) since we started in 2012. Of course, Hatch will grow. After all, it’s what we do.
I am Suzy Lee. I am a business process engineer. I specialise in the Continuous Improvement Program (CIP). I worked for 18 years with Reece Plumbing Hardware at the helm of the CIP in a variety of positions, all involving system development, process engineering, operations and strategy. Reece grew a lot in that time and today is a business with over 450 stores and $1.5 billion in turnover. I have a passion to fix businesses and what I learned at Reece allowed me to find the fastest way to do this.
