We meet with your senior team and do a preliminary snap shot to identify your broad concerns and what you want to achieve. We then undertake a more thorough feasibility into your change readiness and what is possible, identifying the key areas for attention.

We design and architect your CIP platform for growth. It starts with a small scale version of CIP in action including two CIP teams and the CIP Governance Group, which oversees cross functional business changes. We also identify potential staff for the CIP function and begin to document your procedures.

Full Rollout. We establish CIP across the whole business to focus on the key areas identified in the discovery phase. We provide the tools and as well as establish processes and systems tailored to your way of doing business. We coach your CIP function to establish the audit program so you can monitor progress and to measure the effectiveness of the change, to ensure the changes stick.

This is where you take over and run CIP independently. Consulting support is provided at a CIP Governance level and for mentoring the CIP function as needed.
